Vice President, Success Plan Sales at Salesforce in San Francisco, CA
- Driving bookings and exceeding ACV targets to grow the Success Plan business Creating and gaining executive buy-in on a Success Plan sales strategy that is co-owned by the core license sales and Solution Advisor organizations Engaging at the C-level in enterprise customer organizations to position the value of Success Plans Developing a winning Solution Advisor team, including recruiting, hiring and developing sales talent Coaching direct reports on strategies to drive bookings Driving operational excellence within the Solution Advisor team Minimum Requirements:
- 10 years of experience managing a high growth $1B
- portfolio of sales focused on Enterprise customers 10 years of experience managing and growing sales teams
- People leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to develop, drive, and motivate managers
- Extensive and proven record of accomplishment in successfully managing a services, support sales organization
- Demonstrated ability to create and communicate a clear and inspiring vision for growth
- Experience maturing a high-growth business and teams
- Experience working within the software/infrastructure/platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space Seasoned executive sales experience Extensive experience with Global teams, both internal and external Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute
Responsibilities
- The Vice President of Success Plan Sales will lead a specialist sales team in growing Success Plan to every Salesforce license opportunity collaborating tightly with core sales and other stakeholders like delivery and Success teams
- This individual will lead the global Success Plan Solution Advisor sales team, and be responsible for developing, communicating, and executing against a global sales strategy
