We are hiring for a Tecnical Architect - Salesforce OMS (Order Management Systems) The individual hired would be leading a small, but growing micro-practice, both in solutions design and delivery, with an emphasis on the technical side. With that being said, the ability to scope and estimate projects is key to winning additional work and growing the practice. An additional responsibility would be leading a global implementation team on key projects from end-to-end.Description: •Lead Salesforce OMS implementations, providing both oversight and hands on contributions to the software design, development, and integration•Lead discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.•Build and demonstrate Salesforce OMS prototypes in Salesforce, while discussing pros and cons of other OMS platforms.•Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architecture•Design, develop and maintain application architectures that support client's business requirements•Resolve integration and interfacing issues between various back-end systems•Optimize application performance and scalability•Assist Project Leadership conduct project risk identification and mitigation planning•Provide support to the sales effort on new business development pursuits, assisting with RFP responses, architecture assessments and technical qualification•Act as an owner and ultimate escalation point for the implementations you build and support.RequirementsJob Requirements:•5+ years OMS platform implementation experience, ideally with Salesforce •Deep Knowledge of industry best practices and the ability to implement them working with internal and external client teams•Familiarity with the overall architecture of the Salesforce CRM platform concepts and how they influence design•Significant experience in designing, configuring, developing, and maintaining OMS implementations, including components, agents, services, related interfaces, and APIs •Adept in implementing OMS integration solutions•Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback •Experience with Agile methodologies, and Jira •Outstanding organizational, analytical, communication and writing skills •Adept at communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. •Experience with managing remote teams across different time zones •Superior abilities in problem-solving, project management, and attention to details Education:Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science OR equivalent combination of education and experience Active SF OMS, B2B Commerce Functional, Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Billing Superbadges IdealRafterOne is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
