This position is with the Platform Management team within the Innovation & Strategic Services Technology (I&SST) organization.  I&SST is part of Wholesale, Wealth & Investment, and Innovation Technology organization.

The Senior Salesforce Integration Specialist will focus on implementation, delivery, and maturity of Incident Management, SLA’s, Reporting, Monitoring & Alerting, Access Management.

The Sr Salesforce Integration Specialist will be interacting with the Salesforce CRM team as well as the Production Support, CRM Development team and our business partners utilizing Salesforce - so you must understand how the users are utilizing Salesforce across the multiple lines of business.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience
  • 2 + years of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 4+ years of application production support experience
  • Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency
  • Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
