Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer-Direct hire

Duration: 6 months

Location: 100% remote

Must have

  • Candidate MUST have lightning experience
  • Candidate MUST have good experience in APEX
  • Strong leadership skills (and communication skills) are essential
  • Experience in Community Cloud (now called as Experience Cloud) is highly beneficial but not mandatory


  • Collaborate with Product Owner and Solution Architect to validate business requirements, solution design and any considerations (security, scalability, limits),
  • Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development,
  • Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements,
  • Custom User Interface development, including Lightning Web Components,
  • Integrations: Use or publish APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization,
  • Collaborate with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business,
  • Troubleshoots complex problems and recommends solutions for problem remediation
  • Deliver solutions using Agile principles to ensure the solution is delivered on time and beyond customer expectations.

Qualifications and Background Required

  • Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds) product knowledge and at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience,
  • Able to work independently,
  • Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other Salesforce team members,
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio or similar IDE, Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
  • At least 2 years of experience with agile development methodology and tools


  • Certified Platform Developer II
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Experience with declarative development such as Flows, Lightning record pages, building Experience cloud pages
  • Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, REST API including batch and asynchronous processes
  • General web development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript,
  • A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices,
  • Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications,
  • Experience working with large data sets and bulkification,
  • Good understanding of the release and change management processes and tools.
  • Soft skills: the ability to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders.
  • Strong team player, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills are required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Multi-tasker, Quick learner, and Adaptive.


  • Experience with or knowledge of Salesforce B2B Classic (previously Cloudcraze)
  • Competency in other languages / development (XML, Flex, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, C , SOAP-based web services,
  • Comfortable managing a team,
  • Demonstrates continued personal/professional development,
  • Active in the Salesforce community.
