Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer
Job Summary:
Heitmeyer Consulting is currently seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer for a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our financial services clients in Twin Cities, MN or Columbus, OH. Our client is looking for an individual with technical expertise in Force.com development and platform capabilities. This individual will help design solutions to meet stakeholder requirements involving complex integration of new and existing features shared by multiple development teams. We are looking for someone who will take thoughtful initiative, and be able to learn a highly customized implementation quickly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce capabilities to include: Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, complex formulas, approvals, security, APIs and more.
- Consult with scrum teammates to ensure technical integrity.
- Implement scalable, reusable solutions whenever possible.
- Know, follow, and teach Salesforce programmatic patterns and platform best practices.
- Conduct code review for teammates.
- Contribute to the DevOps process.
- Execute testing on personal and team development efforts in coordination with QA Lead.
Job Qualifications:
- You'll have a solid Full-Stack Engineer background, including Salesforce Development Force.com.
- Expert level knowledge of Salesforce, including Consulting and Developer experience
- Experience leading development teams with a specific emphasis on training and coaching junior developers
- You'll have experience working in an Agile software development environment and able to teach and coach Agile to junior developers
- Experience with software development projects with bonus points for domain knowledge in the Financial Services sector
- You’ll be a self-starter, adept at picking up new skills and technologies, and eager to break new ground
