The Senior Salesforce Developer works with Product and IT resources on timely and effective delivery of Salesforce requirements. The Developer is responsible for all aspects of Salesforce including architecture, configuration, customization and implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations. Role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in Salesforce that support business requirements and processes for continuous improvement.

What You Will Do Here:

  • Provide technical architecture strategy, guidance, and validation for all Salesforce-related projects
  • Develop technical documentation needed to accurately represent application design and code
  • Review releases from Salesforce and evaluate impacts to current implementations and orgs
  • Maintain and distribute software development guidelines
  • Optimize dev-ops and tool sets for team
  • Provide guidance and mentoring for technical design and architecture decisions
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SF platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs
  • Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions
  • Maintain security for Salesforce data
  • Interface with business analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work products
  • Support the full project life cycle, including analysis, design, development, delivery, and post-delivery
  • Research and development of new Salesforce prototypes and applications
  • Research and keep current on Salesforce technologies and communicate trends and future needs from a business perspective
  • Participate and engage in all team meetings
  • Facilitate continuous improvement within the environment

The Skills You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent relevant experience
  • Salesforce Developer current certifications
  • Approximately 6+ years of industry experience as a developer
  • Approximately 2+ years in technical architecture
  • Functional knowledge of Salesforce data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
  • Handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions
  • Proficiency in programming using APIs, LWCs, APEX, Visual Force, Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML5 and integration to enterprise systems including Mulesoft

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities,
location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations
listed, and may not be applicable to other locations. California: [$96,600 -136.050], Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island: [$96,600-124,600], Colorado and Washington: [$96,600-115,750] and Nevada: [$83,000 -124,600].
