We’re seeking a talented Sr. Salesforce Developer to help deliver our next-generation software solutions. Responsibilities
As our Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will:
- Design and develop custom solutions and applications on the Salesforce platform. (Service-cloud, Experience-cloud, etc.)
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications and systems.
- Build and maintain Salesforce customizations including but not limited to custom fields, validation rules, workflows, custom objects, and Apex code.
- Perform data migrations and manage data quality in Salesforce.
- Deliver high-quality, efficient, scalable, and reusable code always protecting customer privacy and confidentiality.
- Be responsible for the quality of the code delivered.
- Be an active team member partnering within the Scrum team to deliver tasks on schedule.
- Consult with product owners in the definition, design, and planning new and updated features.
- Extend existing system functionality based on user requirements; analyzing code to identify areas for modification while maintaining and supporting existing products.
- Bring industry best practice test, debug, and support experience to the team.
- Provide input on all aspects of support and development of the products you support.
- Partner with teammates to ensure cohesive, usable, quality solutions are produced.
- Produce complete and coherent documentation.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II) is a requirement.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud development practices, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
- Professional experience implementing Lightning Application using VS Code, SFDX, Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, LWC, SOQL, SOSL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data model, security model, and other platform features.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using flows, APEX, APIs, and web services.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools such as MuleSoft is a plus.
- Proficiency with Salesforce development tools, including Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and Git.
- Professional experience with CI/CD Pipeline systems like ADO, Jenkins, Octopus, SonarQube, and Terraform is a plus.
- Experience in Call Center, Finance, or HR applications is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
- 4-year degree in computer-related field or equivalent experience in computer systems desired.
