JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Salesforce (SF) Architect will lead SF design, architecture, and prioritization of work across Apex. You will engage and collaborate with people managers, product managers, and internal customers to drive internal solutions and transformation across the company. You will serve as the key SF designer/architect between IT, Product Owner and internal customers while supporting people managers in performance and team alignments based on delivery work and team dynamics/competencies. We are a growing Agile IT team who provide a customer-focused approach by building authentic partnerships with internal stakeholders while designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions for our global operations. This role focuses on and working with diverse teams to set, prioritize, and evaluate the work generated by our new Salesforce product to ensure impeccable product delivery, functionality, and solutions. You will be using your digital expertise to Lead/support technical teams to architect, build, and deploy unique solutions for internal teams. Youll help internal customers define their requirements by leading and facilitating working sessions to gain an understanding of their current state processes and technology as well as supporting the implementation that follows. Oversee and execute fit analysis through project lifecycle, leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities and features
Define technical architecture for integration and authentication across multiple systems along with development of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
Continuously iterate development and testing throughout lifecycle of the project, within an Agile methodology while maintaining strong best practices for security
Directly influence Product Strategy for internal customer(s) which include developing quantitative and qualitative benchmarks
Oversee and implement all product training and communications in partnership with internal partners
Own applicable product change management practices (Organizational Change, Strategy planning, Implementation, Culture, continuous Improvement)
Coordinates with various Product Owners, business leaders, and internal customers to prioritize and align the business priorities and overall user journeys

JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree, Computer Science, or other IT related field preferred
8+ years of IT experience
3-5 years of practicing Agile Scrum/Kanban Master experience
5+ years Salesforce.com Development experience / Salesforce.com Developer Course 401 (or equivalent)
3+ years of experience with Salesforce Cloud Solutions
3+ years of JIRA or Microsoft Azure Dev Ops
1-2 years of Salesforce architecture experience
Hands on development experience and system administration
In Depth understanding of Cloud architecture, data models, customizations & extensions
Strong experience leading ESB & ETL applications such as Mulesoft, Informatica
Well versed in DevSecOps, specifically with Salesforce security model
Extensive experience developing integrated execution plans including resources leveling, effort estimations, cross-team dependencies
Experience implementing large scale solutions
Strong knowledge of designing Architecture Diagrams and Data flows
Oversee assigned programs (i.e. conduct code reviews) and guide team members through of End-to-End Order Management lifecycle
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to audience
Strong problem-solving skills and with tenacity in follow up
