Senior Salesforce Administrator - Drive Business Growth with Us!

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll take the driver's seat in maintaining, configuring, and enhancing our Salesforce platform. Your mission: align this powerful tool with our evolving business needs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and developers to harness the full potential of Salesforce. Together, we'll drive business efficiency, boost customer engagement, and steer our growth.

What You'll Do:

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating their needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with a team of managers, business teams, and developers to make your solutions a reality.
• Configure and customize Salesforce features, including workflows, flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, app actions, validation rules, and dashboards.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets within the Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Provide stellar user support, troubleshoot issues, and answer user inquiries related to Salesforce.
• Keep our data integrity in check through imports, deduplication, and cleansing.
• Map out solutions that align with our technology roadmap and strategic objectives.
• Recognize common objectives among different initiatives and weave them into a unified vision.
• Collaborate with other admins and contribute to our security architecture.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Admin, ideally in a scalable environment.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Proven track record of working closely with business stakeholders, collecting requirements, and aiding in business transformation through solutioning.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for influencing a large organization and thriving in a team.
• Experience in designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce.com implementations in a growing environment.
• Solid understanding of software development (agile), adjacent systems, and infrastructure.

Compensation:

Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $140,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
