If you are a problem solver, a connector, and someone who enjoys helping others, then you might just be the next person to join this dynamic, growing, and global team.Our team is seeking a passionate Senior Salesforce Administrator with a focus on CPQ to work alongside our highly skilled Salesforce Admin and Development team and support our rapidly growing software sales and marketing organization.The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Agile methodology, requirements gathering andbusiness process re-engineering. This motivated individual will be responsible for supporting over 400 Salesforce users in an international sales and marketing organization. The right candidate is a team player who seeks to provide transformative business solutions with excellent customer service.User ManagementProvide day-to-day end-user support for Salesforce users.Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets and assignment rules.Assist with onboarding training as well as ongoing training for new or modified functionality.Salesforce ManagementStrong understanding of Salesforce platform with focus on CPQ.Respond to user-submitted cases and be able to identify, diagnose and resolve technical problems or escalate to other team members as necessary.Create and customize standard and custom objects including fields, page layouts, workflow rules and validation rules.Monitor and improve data quality and integrity.Perform data loads.Ability to customize reports, dashboards, workflows, process builder, approval processes.Assist in development of Knowledge articles for consumption by Salesforce users.Ability to create, edit, and maintain price rules, products, discount schedules, price books, and other CPQ related functionality.Business Requirements and Project ManagementInteract with business users across all levels of the organization.Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree or higher.5+ years Salesforce administration experience.Salesforce Admin Certification preferred, but not required.CPQ certification preferred, but not requiredExperience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Enablement (MyTrailhead), and/or Identity a plus.Prefer experience with tools such as Data Loader, Conga Composer, Docusign, Validity PeopleImport and Dupeblocker.Detail oriented self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills.Preference for experience working in multi-national organizations.Additional Information:JMP is an equal opportunity employer.
