Aurora, CO (Hybrid or Remote)

12+ Month Contract

Overview:

The Ascent Services Group is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to join one of our Denver-based clients for a year-long contract that could be extended up to three years for the right candidate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is interested in greenfield development and who wants to be involved in an industry-leading project that will likely turn into a salesforce case study for future use. Adding/Removing users
Responsible for maintenance
Account Type Analysis
Salesforce Login | My Domain Configuration
Salesforce Security Configurations
Salesforce Security Integration with Active Directory
Salesforce Maintenance
Salesforce Licensing Research
Salesforce Storage Allocations
Salesforce Custom Object Naming Conventions
Salesforce/Okta Implementation
Document accurately and turn them into manuals and SOPs
Release updates - Familiarize what is impacted by updates
Salesforce health checks
Seasonal releases
Sandbox

Position Requirements

Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
Ability to self-assess, thoroughly evaluate testing scenarios, verify the data accuracy and spot anomalies.
Salesforce code standards, Apex, Documentation, Exception Handling, Testing, Design Patterns, Performance, Schema, Security, Governor Limits, Adding/Removing users, Execution Context, SOQL, SOSL,
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications favored
Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Up to date on latest industry trends; able to articulate trends clearly and confidently
Strong data management abilities favored
A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion (design, build, test, etc.)
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or Agile environment favored
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, and re-prioritize in a flexible and fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and complex problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects and competing work demands.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

Compensation/Benefits Details:

The target compensation for this role is between $65-$80/hr. Actual compensation may vary, depending on an individual's experience, qualifications and location.

This is a full-time/W2 position. All Ascent/ACS full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage, participation in our 401(k) plan.
