We are looking for an experienced Sr. Salesforce Administratorwho will play a critical role in optimizing, supporting, and expanding ourgo-to-market initiatives and significant digital transformation programs. Theincumbent will play significant role in executing Salesforce and other salestech initiatives that span across multiple areas and businesses. You will be ina visible position and will require direct interaction with peers and leadersacross all these groups. You will play key role in ensuring quality requirementsare produced and program deliverables are met on time and within budget. Theright person for the job will apply their project management skills withbusiness understanding in solving real-world problems faced by our company andfinding opportunities for improvement. This is a Techno-Functional positionwith both IT & Business aspects.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute various digital transformation projects within the Sales & Commercial Excellence domains
Partner with leadership and stakeholders across multiple functions to deploy new Salesforce functionality, and continuously improve business processes
Provide day to day administrative support for Salesforce and 3rd party apps in the Salesforce ecosystem
Create data visualization dashboards and effective reporting to gain insights and drive actions
Lead cross-functional implementation teams, build project plans, establish communication cadences, and manage deployments through to completion
Work with business contacts to understand, validate, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Perform impact analysis for change requests and recommend a technical solution to meet business requirements
Identify and take action to mitigate potential risks and issues and make recommendations to management when escalation is required
Conduct testing and training for new systems, processes, and features as they launch
Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with project sponsors, customers, vendors and other key stakeholders

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree
Salesforce Administration Certification
3+ years of experience in managing Salesforce CRM, and other Commercial and Sales technology
3+ years of experience designing, developing and deploying Salesforce solutions; experience with configuring Salesforce and integrating Salesforce with other apps (using validation rules, workflow, APIs, Apex coding, data loaders, and other technologies)

Progressive project management experience in technology implementation and delivery
Proven experience as a self-starter in an enterprise environment
Able to handle multiple projects at a time and effectively manage priorities
Highly effective and demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and presentation skills
Understanding of key project management practices with strong business acumen and customer focus; Experience with a PPM tool is a plus
Consistently makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
Conveys information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse, global teams
