The Salesforce Industries Senior Developer will be responsible for developing code and configuring software applications based on business requirements. This will include development and design for Salesforce Health Cloud, Vlocity implementation, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Individual will assume the role of in-house development expert. Responsibilities may include maintenance of Salesforce based solutions, enhancements, developing new processes and fixing bugs.

**Opportunity to work Fully Remote, preferably near one of our office locations. LIBERTY offices are located in Irvine, CA, Las Vegas, NV, Oklahoma City, OK, Tampa, FL, and Uniondale, NY. We are unable to hire or allow employees to work outside of the United States. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm Pacific Time.**

Job Summary Details:

This position will support a cross-functional Agile development team to deliver technical solutions to meet business objectives. Examples of potential projects include Members CRM, Sales CRM, Provider Communication Tool, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience with internal business applications and use of APIs to interconnect Salesforce to legacy systems. Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

• Support the creation and sustainment of a Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Vlocity implementation using Lightning framework particularly in the health insurance sector
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and other Integrations
• Develop software, unit tests, code reviews, supporting code deployment and testing
• Provide hands-on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues
• Design and manage the execution of test plans and ensure a quality solution is delivered
• Be a credible subject matter expert in technical workshops, Integration Meetings and Design Sessions
• Adhere to coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand code

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and testing software applications and/or infrastructure
• 5+ years of experience developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Workflows, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Component
• Healthcare / Insurance industry experience preferred

Specific Skills/Knowledge:

• Hands-on experience with OmniScripts, Cards, Templates, and DataRaptors in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
• Hands-on experience with advanced version of templates using HTML, CSS and LWC Integration
• Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and ideally also Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and Web Services (REST, SOAP)
• Experience with developer practices such as how to bulkify code in a shared environment, to adhere to Salesforce Governor Limits on such items as SOQL queries
• Experience with Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS, etc.)
• Experience with Agile Software Development (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Experience working with and writing intermediate to advanced queries in relational databases (SOQL, SQL, Postgres, Oracle, etc.) preferred
• Experience working with Genesys Cloud is a plus
• Demonstrates technical lead capability
• Knowledge of advanced Apex programming concepts including core design patterns, limits and bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling, asynchronous operations, and effective unit testing
• Extensive knowledge of SDLC best practices including iterative and incremental development (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Ability to deliver functional solutions frequently with attention to technical excellence

COMPENSATION:

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the annual base salary for this position is $110,000 - $167,829 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
