What You'll Do Elevate by Principal is a fast-growing startup within Principal that is changing the way business owners solve their most pressing concerns. Our team is comprised of highly motivated individuals who are passionate about innovation and creativity. We are looking for a skilled Salesforce admin to join our team and help us continue to build a ground-breaking product. As a Salesforce admin, you will be responsible for managing the Salesforce platform for our product. You will work closely with our product development team and business users to understand user needs and to help provide optimized solutions. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our Salesforce environment is scalable, reliable, and efficient. We are building a business owner ecosystem on top of the Salesforce platform. Using Salesforce Experience Cloud for the web front-end. As a member of the team, you will: Serve as the main point of contact for all Salesforce-related questions and issues. Design, implement, and maintain customizations, workflows, and validation rules to meet the needs of our business. Manage users, profiles, and permission sets, ensuring that access is appropriate and secure. Collaborate with business teams to understand business needs and provide solutions to optimize Salesforce. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data hygiene tasks. Collaborate with product development team to understand user requirements. Test and debug software to ensure quality and accuracy. Manage and maintain integrations with other systems and applications, including marketing automation and customer support platforms. Who You Are We are looking for someone with: Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a proven track record of success in managing complex Salesforce environments. Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred skills that will help you stand out: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM-211) Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $63800 - $147600 / year Additional Information Job Level We'll consider talent at the next level with the right experiences and skills. Work Environments This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You'll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
