EFM IT has an opportunity for an experienced Software Engineer 2  - Salesforce who is responsible for assessing and responding to user requests for product support, helping to evaluate business requests to determine feasibility as well as application development. This position interprets end-user business requirements to develop and/or modify technical design specifications for custom-developed Salesforce solutions. The engineer also analyzes and reviews software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost restraints. Included in this role, you will participate in unit testing, QA testing, identifying potential problems and researching options to minimize complexity along with implementation of solutions.

  • Must currently reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MO, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WI
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of three years of related experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Recent familiarity and implementation experiences with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills which include the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions, design solutions and set priorities
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification and Platform App Builder Certification
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting information in a large-scale environment and make suggestions and recommendations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of IT and business users
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand and challenging environment
  • Ability and desire to learn new skills and deepen existing expertise
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
  • Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Flow Builder, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Einstein Analytics, Salesforce mobile application, Mulesoft Anypoint Platform v4, Snowflake
  • Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office desktop applications software
