Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support requirements and solutions for Salesforce.com as well as WebPT's Salesforce ecosystem (Salesforce, MuleSoft, Intacct, Invoiced, Avalara, Authorize.Net). The person in this role will be responsible for guiding the business on ways to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce. In alignment with the Sr. Salesforce Platform Manager, the Senior Salesforce Business Analyst is the go-to person when it comes to communication between IT and business stakeholders to ensure all involved work together to attain the best results.

What You'll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team

* Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements
* Produce data-driven solutions
* Drive Salesforce.com projects
* Facilitate UAT with Salesforce Administrators as well as the business units as applicable
* Reliable and punctual in reporting for work and taking designated breaks

What You Should Have to Qualify

* Strong customer focus
* Strong communication skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.com
* Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
* Strong data management abilities
* Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development practices
* 4+ years' experience working with Salesforce.com
* 2-3 years hands on configuration in Salesforce
* Salesforce Administrator Certification

Ideally, You Would Also Have These

* Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Einstein Analytics and/or the Salesforce.com API
* Experience with the tools in our broader Salesforce ecosystem (MuleSoft, Intacct, Invoiced, Avalara, Authorize.Net)
* Experience with billing for Physical Therapy and/or Orthopedic medical practices desired
