The Opportunity:
As the Senior Salesforce Developer, you will part of team that will implement and test internally developed and third-party software solutions to meet our needs. You will be technically involved in all aspects of assigned projects, including planning and resolving issues. You will have hands-on participation in the full SDLC process and convert requirements into working software that follows our architectural standards for various business processes. You will report to a CRM Application Development Team Leader.
The Day-to-Day:
- Manage technical development of Salesforce software from creation through user acceptance, including projects which affect multiple departments or pose high risk situations
- Design steps and modules, defines timelines, identifies and resolves issues. May assign work and provide oversight to others. May serve as technical lead and make decisions regarding technical direction
- Provide expertise and develop solutions using configuration and custom code in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Service Cloud
- Develop solutions, primarily in using either Lightning Component Development or Classic UI, Apex, Visualforce Pages, Salesforce Workflow, Triggers, Process Builders, SOQL, SOSL and API
- Promote solutions across environments in the Salesforce platform using Changesets and CI/CD tools such as Copado
- Integrate Salesforce with other third-party commercial platforms or custom applications
- Loads and migrates data into and out of Salesforce through backend processes and using tools such as Data Loader or Bulk API
- Present options and manages client expectations
- Use design skills to define Technical Design Specifications for complex and high impact projects
- Create logic flow charts and process diagrams
- Create and modify code to meet specifications
- Test and debug work
- Support production software operations during normal business and off-hours
- Research external software solutions

Your Qualifications:
- 7+ years' experience developing software for enterprise environment, including architecting and delivering custom code on multiple large-scale Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations required
- 7+ years' experience working with object-oriented programming languages (OOP) and relational databases and applying it in various applications, including within the Salesforce platform
- 7+ years' experience working with large sets of data, including loading and migrating data into and out of Salesforce through backend processes and using SQL, Data Loader or Bulk API
- 7+ years' experience as a Salesforce Developer, using Lightning Component Development or Classic UI, Apex, Visualforce Pages, Salesforce Workflow, Triggers, Process Builders, SOQL, SOSL and API
- 7+ years' experience contributing to the roadmap, setting direction and promotion of solutions across environments in the Salesforce platform using Changesets and/or CI/CD tools such as Copado
- 7 + years' experience providing technical guidance and best practices for integration of Salesforce with other third-party, commercial platforms or custom applications
- Experience with Enterprise applications development
- Solid knowledge of applicable software development language(s) such as Java, C# and JavaScript and understanding of Web API's and micro-services patterns
- Perform off-hours production support
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science, or other science field required
