JOB SUMMARY:

The A3 Smart Home Senior Salesforce Product Manager reports to the Senior Director of Technology Delivery in the AAA Technology division (IT). You will be focused on providing enterprise solutions to our business partners. You will be involved in company-wide strategic programs and work on a variety of tasks such as requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post implementation support. You will partner with our A3 Enterprise Transformation, IT Data Fusion and Delivery teams to provide holistic, scalable solutions and oversee the successful implementation of these projects.

Essential Functions

  • Serves as techno-functional subject matter expert (SME) for the Salesforce platform. Participate and lead requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, document requirements, system specifications and key performance indicators

  • Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality

  • Engage with our current implementation partner to review the state of the Salesforce instance and upcoming deliverables; plan for post-project transition to internal team.

  • Work with architect and developers to transform new requirements into Salesforce.com design and implementation

  • Leads sprint grooming, scrum and product owner reviews. Project manages testing, user acceptance and implementation.

  • Participate and support stakeholders through user acceptance test planning and execution, and ensure Salesforce configuration meets business need

  • Documents changes made to current systems and ensure test cases, user stories and bug reporting/validation, release notes are created as per SDLC and change management policy

  • Configure Users, Profiles and Role Creation/Maintenance, Custom and Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Page Layouts and List views, Assignment/Auto Response/Escalation, Flows, Workflows, Approvals, and Process Builder

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience in running delivery of Agile projects.

  • Completion of full Salesforce.com IT projects from initiation, delivery and support required.

  • Ability to think strategically while rolling up your sleeves and managing details

  • Knowledge of Service Cloud, FLS, Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Tableau is required

  • Knowledge of Revenue Cloud, Community Portal and is highly desirable

  • Demonstrated experience with writing SQL queries and ad hoc reporting

  • Experience with applying a design thinking approach

  • Ability to provide Salesforce administration support as needed

  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, make decisions and build trust across the organization

  • Good understanding of technical equipment and software packages

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Effective organizational, interpersonal and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)

Education & Experience / Licenses & Certification

  • 5+ years of hands on Salesforce experience (i.e. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FLS, CPQ, Community)

  • Must have Salesforce Administration Certification

  • Prefered Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Certifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with increasing levels of responsibility

  • Salesforce administration knowledge and experience including data load, user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks. Create and customize Salesforce objects, flows, workflows, process builder, page layouts, fields, validation rules, reports, dashboards, permission sets, queues, list views, formula fields, user profiles, etc.

  • Salesforce integration experience preferred, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools

  • At least 2 years experience managing and supervising technical teams, managing vendor led implementations

  • High School degree or experience in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
