The Opportunity with McKinstryWe are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Product Manager to join ourBusiness Technology division in Denver, CO. In this role you will beresponsible for managing the Salesforce product life cycle, includinggathering product requirements, developing business cases, and workingclosely with developers, IT, software engineering, and software vendors.Additional responsibilities include:Maintain, update and present business Salesforce product roadmaps. Maintainknowledge of existing technology solution set and future needs, industrytrends, and competitive threats.Define enhancements and features with stakeholders.Manage product life cycle (including modifications, upgrades andmaintenance) through end of life.Assist in development and management of backlog in Salesforce.Produce well written documentation including Product Requirement Documents(PRD), user acceptance test plans and training material.Partner with IT, consultants, and software vendors to specify,deliver, and maintain solutions and integrations.Facilitate product design and user focus sessions.Lead coordination and documentation of project activities including productintroduction meetings, design review meetings, and user acceptance testing.Lead training sessions to ensure end user success in Salesforce tool.Work with Technology Partners to successfully deliver projects.Partner with business, technology, and enterprise organizations to enablecross functional collaboration.Serve as a steward of McKinstry technology solutions.What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry5-7 years experience in Salesforce Administration, Configuration,Implementation, and support experience required.Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required.
