As Senior Salesforce Developer you'll join a growing and dynamic Salesforce team, to put your footprint on something big and impactful for the entire organization!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ongoing design, development, and maintenance of B2B/B2C Salesforce Orgs and associated add-ons as a contributing member of the Salesforce development team, participating in all SCRUM ceremonies and planning.
  • Recommend, design, and create technical solutions to enhance business productivity and optimize for support, usability, and flexibility for the long-term.
  • Responsible for the organization of, and personal accountability for, your individual work within the context of your team (while supporting your teams success as a whole)
  • Owner of the release cycle and deployments, including all lower environments and production.
  • Responsible for ensuring that standard process SDLC protocols are implemented as a key gate to protect KinderCares business processes and minimize risk.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
  • Minimum of Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce Dev 1 Certification.
  • Experienced in design, testing, and deployment of coded solutions for Salesforce Sales Cloud, SOQL, Process Builder, and Flow.
  • Release management using Gearset or Copado.
  • Lightning Web Component creation and testing (preferred)
  • Experience with EDA architecture and/or Salesforce solutions as applied to educational institutions.
