Senior Salesforce Developer

The Salesforce Developer will design and implement the key technical components of Salesforce solutions and helps direct other technical resources to develop and deliver the project deliverables. The will help reduce the overall project technical risk by uncovering design issues early in the project life-cycle, shares implementation best practices, and recommends solution alternatives. This is a hands on role that requires significant technical experience and abilities with Salesforce.com and related cloud technologies.

• Manage Salesforce.com CRM application; maintain the functional areas of data management, Contacts, Leads, Campaigns, Opportunities, Dashboards and Reports
• Provide hands-on development expertise for projects, enhancements and bug-fixes
• Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, and campaigns
• Develop and maintain Visual Force, App Exchanges, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions
• Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules
• Identify and proactively communicate potential issues or risks with system landscape and act as an escalation point for the technical issues
• Support training of new end users on salesforce.com application
• Evaluate, advise and implement best practices in the integration and exchange of data between Salesforce and other Acadia Healthcare systems.
• Work with business areas to gather and/or assist with requirements definition
• Demonstrate and maintain ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced changing environment
• Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards
• Document and analyze processes, procedures, and/or policies
• Ability to provide guidance on design and infrastructure, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states to deliver an end-to-end solution
• Work closely with IT project managers to plan project schedule, estimate resource requirements, schedule development tasks and plan deployment activities
• Develop, manage and maintain change management documentation to comply with IT change management processes
• Stay current with emerging CRM and Salesforce.com enhancements and find opportunities to recommend innovations to the team and our business sponsors.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience with technical implementations of SalesForce CRM; Salesforce.com certification is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com development in Classic and Lightning including modifying of standard and creation of custom objects and fields.
• Proven ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updates as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and system administration.
• Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce.com including: Java, jscript, jQuery, Force.com platform, Git and CastIron.
• Experience in moving code from sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to functionality and integration.
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile development methodology.
• Experience in the implementation of data exchange between systems in different locations through web services.
• Demonstrated experience in performing gap-analysis between business requirements and Salesforce.com out of the box capabilities.
• com Developer or Advance Developer Certified (401 or 501).
• Understanding of complex ETL and data migration practices.
• Solid knowledge of SOQL and SQL.
• Responsible for unit testing for new enhancements and/or fixes and system integration.
• Follow established SDLC process and help realize application performance maturation and look for opportunities to improve process.
• Hands on experience with Sales cloud, force.com, APEX Classes/Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Workflow, Process Builder, Data Loader or Data Import Wizard HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Salesforce.com ANT Migration Tool, Salesforce.com security model.
