Senior Salesforce Developer Role:
The Senior Salesforce Developer will be instrumental in the design, development and implementation of Salesforce Sales & Service Clouds, working closely with the Lead Architect on the integrations to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, InContact CXOne and other internal solutions to support our business while working with the internal stakeholders to ensure support and technical leadership. 
Possess and utilize a broad knowledge of emergent trends in software development platforms, tools, methodologies, and their underlying principles
Delivers technical leadership, coaches, and mentors team members 
Develop, maintain, and enhance existing functionality 
Design and uphold an extensible and performant system architecture
Effectively communicate with project leadership and team members to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
Ability to increase product quality and ensure customer satisfaction
Recommends areas for improvement as well as possible solutions in internal processes 
Analyze, replicate/fix defects and provide root cause analysis for defects as well as troubleshoot,  resolve functional and performance related issues

Senior Salesforce Developer Background Profile:
Ideal candidates will have a BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or MIS highly preferred.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification is required
Must have at least 3 years practical experience developing and maintaining apex modules, Visualforce pages and lightning components customization and Process Builder flows, experience integrating new systems, install 3rd party applications, and upgrading the Salesforce environment through Rest and Soap APIs is required
Must have at least 3+ years practical experience developing and maintaining Salesforce standard and custom objects, custom permission sets, custom workflows, Apex customizations, SFDC Bulk & SOAP, REST APIs, batch process, Integration Security, Azure DevOps or Git source control and CI/CD required
At least 2+ practical experience using .NET/C# or Java/J2EE development environment, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX and HTML5 is required
This position requires hands-on development experience with backend database and must be highly proficient in Software Development as well as Agile Methodologies
