Our Client, is seeking a Senior Salesforce BSALocation: Fully RemotePosition Type: IT Full TimeJob Summary:The Company is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Corporate Systems team. As part of our team, you'll serve as a strategic thought partner for the Field Operations and Revenue Operations teams, build the roadmap, and own projects from inception to completion. You will also be hands-on with requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, testing, enablement, troubleshooting and project planning. You will collaborate closely with other Salesforce BSA's and Developers to understand the needs and requirements of the business and own the delivery and execution for each sprint.Here's what you'll do:Drive the annual and long-term planning process in partnership with business stakeholders, build a roadmap, and balance prioritizing strategic initiatives and tactical requests.Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for high-business impact improvements.Perform detailed business analysis, develop business requirements, identify and recommend innovative solutions supporting business capabilities.Work with the engineering team (Salesforce developers and admins) to design and develop technology solutions that fulfill all business requirements and achieve desired business outcomes.Design, plan, coordinate and execute rigorous QA and UAT cycles.Navigate a fast-paced and dynamic environment - driving negotiations, re-prioritizations and scoping alternatives.Leverage the Client product to track and manage all tasks and projects.Own communication of project status, risks, blockers to teammates, stakeholders and leadershipServe as the primary contact with end-users to troubleshoot and triage Salesforce and other connected 3rd party application issues and questionsDrive governance around data and processesMonitor daily/monthly dashboards and reports to proactively identify and correct systems issues and ensure system functions are operating as expectedDocument key business systems processes and functionality to help deflect business questions and enable end users to find answers themselvesMentor junior members of of the team, sharing best practices and providing feedback for their growthKeep up to date with Salesforce releases, features and best practicesHere's what we're looking for: 6 to 8 years of experience as a business analyst supporting GTM operations team and sales organizations.Highly desired: direct experience working as part of a GTM operations teamExpert level hands-on configuration experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating across many different operating teamsTop-notch prioritization skills and experience driving technology roadmapPassion and desire to directly contribute to building a strong team culture of collaboration and supportSalary Range: $175,000 - $200,000*M
