We're looking for an experienced Sr. Salesforce Administrator to take charge of our client's brand new Salesforce system. As this org shifts from working with Salesforce Partners to handling things themselves, you'll be a key player. Work with different departments, lead projects, and focus on Field Service, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud platforms. This role is more than just a job – it's a chance to grow in the Salesforce field with support for your certification progress.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the everyday Salesforce expert, providing exceptional user support and driving business transformation by acting as the main point of contact for everyday Salesforce needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external teams to design, implement, and own significant portions of the Salesforce system on a project basis.
• Translate business needs into actionable Salesforce configurations, optimizing existing platform capabilities.
• Produce effective documentation and training materials to assist both new and existing users in getting the most out of Salesforce.
• Facilitate seamless communication between team members, end users, and organizational leaders to elicit necessary requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, with some experience in Service Cloud.
• Experience with Field Service.
• Stellar communication skills, capable of breaking down technical Salesforce aspects into layman's terms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for optimizing operational procedures.
