We are open to supporting 100% remote work anywhere within the US. ICFs Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department. Our team is a leading provider of Digital Transformation services for Federal agencies. Our services focus on enabling agency mission and business transformation using industry-leading low-code platforms, mobile applications, robotics process automation, and data analytics platforms. We focus on offering a full range of architecture and planning, system implementation, integration, analytics, and O&M for our customers. We are currently seeking to hire a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support our projects. As a key member of our team, this role will be responsible for assisting in providing effective and efficient administration of a large Salesforce implementation with multiple applications. Duties include internal and external user management, incident response, org security, data integrity, data migration, change and release management, reporting, production support, and other duties. The candidate should demonstrate experience in similar roles maintaining seamless access to hundreds or thousands of standard and community users across multiple applications. The candidate must have a proven record of positive collaboration with others, especially stakeholders, developers, business analysts, quality assurance analysts, and project managers. RESPONSIBILITIESImplement enhancements and roll out new features; execute solution design activities such as data model , object modeling, page layout design, and rule logic definition in the context of the Salesforce application.Perform metadata xml comparisons and assist with resolving deployment issues.Define proper controls in the areas of security, access, separation of duties, design and release standardsUnderstand system architecture and collaborate with developers to investigate and resolve production issuesMaintain data integrity through data cleansing and deduplicationEnforce Salesforce best practices for platform plete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgradesCreate training and user documentation, and maintain ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are addedMentor and grow junior administrators in their career path.Contribute to internal company initiatives and commit to personal improvement and continuous learning objectives BASIC QUALIFICATIONSUS Citizens only per Federal Client requirementMust be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance per Federal requirement3+ years administration, declarative configuration and maintenance experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:3+ years of IT and/or business design related experience5+ years administration, declarative configuration and maintenance experience.Preferred Certifications : Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Advanced AdministratorDesire to work and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.Candidate must possess good communication, analytical and time management skillsBachelors degree in Computer Science or related field required and 3-year direct experience in systems administrationExperience is these Areas of Salesforce: Platform/Ecosystem, Data Modeling, Community Cloud, Lightning FlowOther Preferred Areas: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Analytics, Integration, Gov Cloud Other areas, industries, and tools are a plus.Other certifications and Trailhead experience are a plusExperience working with Agile and in sprintsExperience working with source code repositories (Gitlab/GitHub/Bitbucket) and automation tool (Jenkins/Bamboo/GitLab) icfsalesforceCr3at1tveWorking at ICFWorking at ICF means applying a passion for meaningful work with intellectual rigor to help solve the leading issues of our day.
