Location: HQ - Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA (Hybrid role)

About the Role

The Senior Business Systems Administrator - Salesforce works directly with key users of Salesforce to ensure maximum efficiency and capitalize on the full features and benefits of the tool. This is based on various organization needs that drive improvements in order to enable teams to achieve their strategic business objectives.

We are seeking someone with excellent relationship, organizational, and technical skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs to translate, administer, and enhance the system accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Business Systems Managers and Internal Stakeholders to identify needed system changes and partner on adoption and change management

  • Responsible for configuration, design, functionality and end-user support of the Salesforce platform

  • Design and implement custom solutions using Salesforce flow, CPQ and Communities

  • Configure, maintain, and debugging Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, installed packages and approval processes

  • Design and implement security models, profiles, and permission sets

  • Manage data quality and integrity within Salesforce

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce releases and upgrades

  • Keep abreast of Salesforce releases and new features, providing recommendations for adoption

  • Manage all processes that impact / relate to Salesforce

  • Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes

  • Manage/advise on integration architecture with external applications (Outreach, Gainsight, etc.)

Demonstration of a disciplined change control process

Who You Are

  • Salesforce Administrator Certified

  • Working knowledge of the Lead to Book Sales lifecycle within a SaaS company

  • Collaborative and consultative abilities to work with non-technical end users

  • Proficient in standard office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills

  • Aptitude for eliciting user requirements and developing both process and technical solutions

  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience

  • Minimum expectation of a bachelor's degree OR equivalent education/experience

  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification a plus

  • Salesforce CPQ experience a plus
