Engrain has transformed the way people find, lease, and manage properties. Engrain provides a holistic suite of mapping solutions built specifically for the real estate industry to provide stunning unit-level map visualizations that integrate with countless websites and property tech applications. Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour, and Asset Intelligence product lines allow both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain’s growth and dynamic environment. Prior experience with some or all of those is a plus.

To ensure success in this role, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration (including Experience Cloud), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be part of a team of four other admins, reporting to the VP of Engineering. You’ll frequently be required to meet with stakeholders throughout the organization to gather requirements, and would typically work on multiple projects simultaneously. So you’ll need excellent time management skills.

  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
  • Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data
  • Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
  • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables
  • Preparing reports for sales and other departments
  • Manage other non-Salesforce business systems such as Workfront, Asana, and Workato

What you offer us…

  • You’ve earned either your Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
  • You have 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce admin in a similar environment (midsize enterprise, team of 4-5)
  • You’re proficient in:
    • Administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems, including Experience Cloud
    • Creating, refactoring, and maintaining Salesforce databases
    • Translating business requirements into business solutions
    • Interpersonal communication, critical thinking, working in a team, and handling complex situations
  • You’re knowledgeable in:
    • Creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
    • Importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports
    • Performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integrations

What we offer you...

  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of[$100,000 to $130,000]. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate’s experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
  • Various health, dental, and vision insurance plans to choose from
  • 2-10 weeks of paid parental leave + additional paid and unpaid leave options
  • Up to 18 days annually of PTO & 10 holidays per year
  • Dog-friendly office
  • 401k match up to 4 percent
  • Annual stipend for personal growth through our Grow450 program
  • On-site amenities include a professional fitness center, flexible & modern workspace, coffee bar, happy hour taps & team member lounge
