General Summary:
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will lead the technical and functional administration, support, maintenance, and stability of the Salesforce platform, including, but not limited to, Sales and Service Clouds. This position will also be responsible for ensuring the Salesforce platform is designed to meet user efficiency, resiliency, stability, and business operations use cases.

Essential Duties:
- Responsible for ongoing development, maintenance and support of existing Salesforce-related systems, integrations, and platforms
- Consult with Executive Leadership and Department Directors to generate business requirements, interpret business needs, and align capabilities
- Design, test, and implement software plans
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues
- Evaluate new Salesforce releases and related applications, participate in the planning and implementation of solutions, and remain current with Salesforce administration and development best practices
- Maintain and refresh SFDC sandbox environments
- Lead efforts to maintain and improve the accuracy of information in CRM. Identify potential inaccurate information, determine root causes, recommend and implement solutions, and enforce guidelines and applicable master data principles with other departments
- Prepare user training materials and conduct periodic training sessions
- Author and maintain all related system documentation including requirements, process flows, use cases, and procedures
- Follow all policies and procedures for the department and Company
- Maintain compliance with the Company's Attendance and Punctuality expectations
- Maintain compliance with established timekeeping policies which includes accurate recording of hours worked, working only pre-approved Overtime, and requesting Unpaid or Paid Time Off in accordance with Company Policy
- Establish and maintain an understanding of how to utilize the Company's time keeping software, ensuring that additional training is requested as needed

Job Specifications: (Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience normally required for competent performance)
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience
- 3+ years of experience in the debt settlement or financial services industry
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute work plans and tasks
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Licensure and Certifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required
Compensation/Benefits:
- Compensation: $90k - $120k DOE
