Job Summary

As an RPT Senior Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for the Salesforce roadmap, supporting integrations across our technology stack and the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our tools. Working closely with product owners and other cross-functional departments and other cross-functional departments, the Senior Salesforce Administrator will identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. This role is key in identifying and accurately tracking key performance indicators for the organization.

Responsibilities

* Own the Salesforce platform at RPT
* Ensuring optimal performance of the Salesforce platform
* Managing Salesforce Users, the Sharing Model, and 3rd party packages
* Support our teams by enabling & supporting business processes using Salesforce and other third-party tools
* Tracking Cases (tickets) created by end users requesting support and enhancements
* Meeting with business stakeholders to understand current processes, desired process changes, and/or pain points
* Analyzing business requirements, identifying solutions, and documenting solution blueprints
* Creating or enhancing Salesforce business processes using custom objects & fields, page layouts, Actions, Lightning Pages, FLOW, Process Builder, Workflow, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules
* Develop and enhance dashboards and reports to serve operational and analytical data needs
* Delivering Salesforce training and providing end-user support
* Building custom reports and dashboards
* Performing database maintenance tasks, including data loads, routine updates, and duplicate cleansing
* Collaborating with management to define priorities, determine enhancement complexity, and plan the Salesforce Roadmap

Required

* Lightning Experience
* General administration (User Management, Permission Sets, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
* Object configuration (fields, record types, lighting pages, page layouts, actions, formulas, validation rules)
* Advanced skills with all facets of Salesforce's automation tools (FLOW, Process Builder and Approval Processes)
* Report & Dashboard configuration
* Governance best practices (data governance, change management, data backups, Sandboxes, Change Sets and/or other migration tools using the metadata API)
* Salesforce Data Loader (or equivalent)
* Sales Cloud (Opportunities, Splits, Teams, Products & Price books, Contracts)
* Service Cloud (Console, Feed, Case Assignment, Escalation, On-Demand Email to Case)
* Chatter
* AppExchange Package installation & setup (a general understanding of process and concepts)

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field
* 7+ years of proven experience in the maintenance and enhancement of Salesforce systems with certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Administrator and Platform Developer certifications preferred)
* Excellent analytical, technology, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
* Demonstrates ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
