About the opportunity:

NetDocuments is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The Salesforce Administrator will work with our internal Business Systems team on projects across multiple departments. The Salesforce Administrator will report to the Business Systems Manager. The ideal candidate must have a strong Salesforce technical skillset, prioritize multiple work streams, execute in a fast-paced environment, and be eager to learn.

What your contributions will be:

  • Participate in the continuous process improvement efforts related to design and programming of new functionality within Salesforce.
  • Assist in analyzing current business processes and provide improvements.
  • Own and deliver new process updates and projects, including build, support, maintenance, testing and success tracking.
  • Aid in the managing technology tools required to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Keep up to date on Salesforce technology and ecosystem

What you will bring to the team:

  • Excellent customer service skills, including strong ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Previous experience implementing and configuring Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or other related solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce CRM application coupled with good understanding of standard business processes.
  • Strong business analysis and functional understanding, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action with sustainable solution.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and determine effective resolutions.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

What you will need for success:

  • Bachelor's degree, high standard of education, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration
  • Must be detailed oriented and have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • {English} Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skills quickly.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, set clear expectations and work well cross functionally with peers and leadership.

Ideally you will have:

  • Salesforce Certification(s)
  • Working knowledge of Apex/Visualforce/Lightning Web Components
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, VS Code)
  • Experience working within a development lifecycle
  • Hands-on configuration of new and existing Salesforce features including user management, profiles, permissions sets, sharing rules, custom objects/fields, page layouts, validations, and flows.
