We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager with a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, sales processes, and a proven track record in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. As a key member of our product management team, you will play a critical role in defining and driving the success of our Salesforce Sales Cloud offerings. You will understand our internal users and will focus on increasing the efficiency of Sales and GTM teams, building scalable platforms, and creating excellent internal tools that help develop & customize operational workflows. This position will report into VP, Enterprise Architecture.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Salesforce Sales Cloud, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Create and maintain a roadmap that outlines feature enhancements, integrations, and new functionalities to meet customer needs.

Salesforce Sales Cloud Expertise:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities, features, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage Salesforce Sales Cloud for optimizing sales processes and driving business growth.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective GTM strategies for Salesforce Sales Cloud products, ensuring successful product launches and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling messaging, collateral, and sales enablement tools.

Customer Focus:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and pain points, incorporating feedback into product development and improvement initiatives.
  • Engage with customers to understand their challenges and work towards delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Regularly analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.

Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, including feature prioritization, development, testing, and launch.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate on features based on customer feedback and usage data.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing GTM strategies.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Be the expert on product, solution, and process domain and ensure successful rollout of Sales Cloud globally
  • Consult and guide to maximize value of connected applications including call center application and other third-party sales enablement tools
  • Act as a strategic technology partner and maintain relationships with product owners, business leadership, and development teams
  • Manage the CRM Sales Cloud product vision, product roadmap, and prioritization of features against business needs, technology requirements focusing on capabilities around Salesforce Sales
    Cloud and Salesforce Partner Community.
  • The candidate will be expected to continuously learn about the capabilities in this space and be a thought leader influencing the features delivered on the platform.
  • Strategize all future technology investments to align with business goals and objectives
  • Establish KPI metrics to understand return on investments and impact on process domain Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impacts across cross-functional business and technology teams
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of user-friendly, scalable solutions
  • Maintain and report on overall initiative and roadmap progress, status, and health
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, document current and future state business processes, and understand business priorities to recommend technology solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve or automate current state business processes
  • Create user stories to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions
  • Provide critical thinking and facilitate discussions needed to drive outcomes and results to meet project goals by serving as cross-work stream SME and escalation point.
  • Responsible for owning follow ups and closing gaps related to overall project approach, design issues, project execution tasks and issues; take ownership of assigned gaps; work with team to resolve and present findings.
  • Help improve standardization and adoption of common practices
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience improving data quality
  • Write technical documentation and provide team training

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years of enterprise experience using Salesforce to develop business solutions for core Support Processes (Case Management, Customer Communities, Call Center)
  • Experience in delivering company-wide product programs Agility and flexibility to work with multiple teams including offshore scrum teams, projects, and technologies while delivering value and impact
  • Experience in documenting and presenting complex internal needs across the company
  • Expertise in developing a long-term vision and accompanying product roadmap
  • Experience with project management methodologies

Annual Salary Guidelines: $170,000 - $200,000
