The Senior Manager/Director Technical Program Manager for our Analytics & Salesforce Clouds will build and drive the operational backbone of our top Analytics priorities. The TPM will drive the strategy of the program and help to plan, organize, and execute with teams from Analytics and several Salesforce Product Clouds across the company to implement the vision. As this is a cross-cloud role, this role will reside within the centralized TPM organization, but will be fully dedicated to the Analytics team.

The TPM will coordinate extensively with business, technology, and operations stakeholders in target Salesforce Clouds to build, release, market, and maintain both product delivery and execution but the business rhythm and operations. The TPM will often be covering new ground within the company, leading through influence, and will need to determine how different organizations work, align key people to goals, and be creative in determining how to drive to success, using successful models where they exist and also creating new processes and best practices to ensure scalability and repeatability of the program.


  • 6+ years of solution management experience for software or SaaS experience.
  • 3+ years of successfully implementing and managing SaaS product development programs preferred; strong knowledge of the SaaS business model and its product development lifecycle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail
  • Deep experience with the software development lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile methodologies.
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship building skills conducive to driving consensus; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment.
  • Ability to master technical subjects and technologies relevant to the program.
  • Strong organizational, project management, analysis, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well as a member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
  • Ability to successfully partner with all functions across the entire company.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,300 to $276,800.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $154,300 to $253,700.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,300 to $276,800.
