We are more than the sum of parts, working together to achieve a common goal, set a new standard, and raise the bar of excellence in all we do.Job Title: Senior Salesforce CPQ or Billing Solutions ConsultantJob Description:Heavily liaise to Salesforce CPQ and Billing implementations, providing product configuration for build purposes across full suite, including pricing, ordering, metrics, invoicing, payment processing, approvals and outputLead or minimally assist in discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrationsLead or minimally participate in the requirements gathering process for purposes of designing the conceptual and logical architectureDemonstrate experience required for documenting CPQ and/or Billing use-cases and delivering CPQ and/or Billing design documentsResolve integration and interfacing issues between various back-end systemsOptimize application through unit and system level testingDevelop and enhance process improvements, as well as adhere to change requests in a timely mannerAct with grace and tenacity when supporting client and their delivery deadlines RequirementsJob Requirements:4+ years of direct Salesforce Platform implementation experience, with at least 2 full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations. Experience with other CPQ or Billing platforms will be considered assuming foundation in a production Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) or Billing environmentFirm Understanding of web application design and analysis, design patterns, and object-oriented designStrong product configuration and troubleshooting experience particularly with javascript, web services, and SQLSolid knowledge of sales and renewals processesExperience in configuring any other recurring Billing SaaS solutions would make a candidate stand outExperience with Agile methodologies, and use of Jira Outstanding organizational, analytical, communication and writing skills Adept at communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
