Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and certified Scrum Master with a strong background in the commodity trading industry and expertise in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving Agile methodologies, leading Scrum teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions within the dynamic and fast-paced environment of commodity trading.

Responsibilities:

Agile Leadership:

• Act as a servant leader, guiding and coaching Scrum teams in Agile principles and practices.
• Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency within the Scrum teams.

Salesforce Expertise:

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Salesforce to provide guidance on best practices, configuration, and customization.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and industry standards.

• Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and emerging technologies to optimize system capabilities.

Commodity Trading Industry Experience:

• Apply knowledge of commodity trading processes and workflows to align Salesforce solutions with business needs.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand industry-specific requirements and challenges.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving processes and leveraging Salesforce to enhance efficiency in commodity trading operations.

Project Management:

• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Foster effective communication between Scrum teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a common understanding of goals and priorities.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or higher certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile development environments.
• Extensive experience working in the commodity trading industry.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce development, configuration, and integration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
