Join our dynamic presales team as a Salesforce Technical Writer specializing in RFP responses. In this role, you will become an invaluable asset in crafting compelling proposals that showcase our Salesforce expertise, solutions, and capabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with our presales and technical teams to understand and articulate our Salesforce offerings and differentiators.
• Taking ownership of RFP solution responses related to Salesforce, ensuring they are comprehensive, accurate, and compelling.
• Translating technical Salesforce specifications and configurations into clear, concise, and persuasive documentation suitable for a non-technical audience.
• Engaging with the sales and solutions teams to ensure RFP responses align with client requirements, while highlighting our strengths and value propositions.
• Continuously updating and refining proposal content, helping to maintain a repository of Salesforce-related content for future RFP responses.

Requirements:

• Strong ability to transform complex technical details into accessible and persuasive content for RFP responses.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and sales teams.
• Salesforce experience and understanding of Salesforce solutions.

Preferred:

• Salesforce certifications
• Business analyst experience
• Proven track record in responding to RFPs within the Salesforce ecosystem.
