Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project manager to efficiently manage Salesforce related project and design solutions for Salesforce implementations for our clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and governance to enterprise customer implementations
  • Build and maintain the customer relationship
  • Publish internally and customer status reports
  • Publish internal and customer financial reports, budget tracker, track and report financial health of the project
  • Manage all project escalations including internal and customer-related
  • Actively seek to optimize resource utilization and project billable targets
  • Engage with customers to understand business requirements, do a fit-gap analysis and map requirements to Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) and propose solutions to meet requirements
  • Own and define the functional design of the Salesforce solution
  • Document the business requirements and maintain requirements traceability matrix
  • Review the test plan and test cases for testing the developed application and reports
  • Co-ordinating with the customer end-users for functional testing/User Acceptance Testing
  • Preparing the end-user training documentation and conducting end user training workshops
  • Conducting peer-reviews of the solution design and technical design
  • Contribute to the guidelines and best practices for architecting and designing Salesforce solutions
  • Conduct knowledge sharing for internal teams to share knowledge internally

Education/Certification

  • Must have Salesforce Admin or a Consultant certification.
  • PMI certification or Scrum Master Certification preferred

Experience/Skills/Abilities:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience managing enterprise-level Salesforce projects for a software company.
  • 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Team Lead.
  • Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations as a Project Manager.
  • Knowledge of agile/scrum project practices
  • Expertise with MS Project, Visio, and MS Office, Confluence and JIRA Tools
  • Solid functional knowledge across Salesforce modules.
  • Familiar with writing and executing system and user acceptance testing
  • Familiar with user adoption, change management and User training methods
  • Business user design workshops and user experience facilitation
  • Must have done hands on Salesforce development.
  • Awareness of web, database, object-oriented software technologies, and salesforce.com or Force.com
  • Familiarity with Lead to Cash domain
  • Familiarity with business process engineering.
  • Project Management including Resource Management and Client Engagement.
