Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients' team and we'll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this?ever-changing?industry.?

Your key responsibilities ?

  • Evaluate, design, customize and optimize Digital and Cloud based solutions using the Salesforce.com platform. Lead system design discussions and recommend alternate choices, trade-offs, and impact analysis. Learn new client information quickly, and translate data modeling, process modeling, and revision control systems.

  • When required, be able to write quality code that is simple, reliable, and scalable to develop, test, deploy and support data-driven internet, intranet and extranet applications.?Assist with providing information on assigned tasks.

  • Work as part of a team during technical implementations to finalize architecture specification, create designs as they relate to customizations and/or integration of CRM. Provide mentoring and leadership to less experienced developers.

  • Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Skills and attributes for success ?

  • Excellent?oral and written communication skills, comfort leading conversations with audiences of all levels?

  • Ability to lead discovery meetings to identify system requirements and establish an understanding of business processes?with the client?

  • Willingness to participate?in the pre-sales process as needed for RFPs and SOWs?

  • Ability to lead the solutioning and design of the Salesforce platform?

  • Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities?

  • Work with developers to define and create specifications for any custom code or data migration requirements?

  • Ability to identify potential risks (people and technology), develop plans for mitigation, and support the change management efforts.?

To qualify for the?role,?you must have ?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 5 years of experience or a master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 4 years of experience

  • 5 +?years of experience implementing Salesforce.com?with teams of 5 or more people,?and have hands on experience with configuration and customizations?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams of developers

  • Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce.com technical architecture experience on enterprise projects

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with object-oriented programming languages (Java or C# preferred), SQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Force.com platform programming in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Force.com platform out-of-the-box functionality, including best practices regarding security and automation

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience integrating Salesforce.com with external systems

  • Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification

  • Familiarity with relational database concepts?

  • Ability to be a self-starter and handle multiple tasks and priorities?

  • Willingness to travel based on client needs

Ideally, you'll also have ?

  • Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; Master's degree in one of these areas preferred?

  • Salesforce Application Architect Certification

  • Salesforce System Architect Certification

  • One or more of the following certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant

What we offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,400. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,100 to $267,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You'll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
