Description

Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Support Analyst for a large hospitality company in Las Vegas, NV. This person will sit onsite at property working off a ticketing system. This person will maintain the day-to-day operations, drive the Salesforce support, and be expose to other gaming applications. In addition to daily management of Salesforce, the role also acts as an escalation point for in-depth troubleshooting of system issues. This Salesforce Admin will coordinate with other members of IT to provide support to assist in troubleshooting or projects.

* Previous experience supporting gaming applications

* Gaming or Hospitality experience

* Salesforce certifications
* 2+ years of application support experience supporting Salesforce IT ticketing issues in an enterprise environment

* Experience working off a ticketing system

* Previous vendor management experience to troubleshoot application issues

* Strong documentation experience and professional verbal and written skills
