This position is a hybrid role which requires the employee to work in the office every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Job Summary

The Salesforce Specialist will manage small to mid-size projects that help support the Dealer Engagement team's business objectives and will recommend and/or implement process improvements within the team. This role will act as the field liaison, working collaboratively with internal teams across the organization to improve multiple facets of dealer engagement that facilitate delivering insightful and high value consultation.

Additionally, the Specialist will perform a variety of tasks that allow Digital Performance Consultants to spend more time consulting with Dealer customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a field team, working with field reps, and a strong Salesforce data background, creating reports and dashboards with an emphasis on how to structure and analyze data to forecast goals. This person will be proactive with creating streamlined dashboards for senior leadership usage.

Essential Functions

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for the Field Team as it relates to assigned project (i.e., communications, CRM, lead management, etc.).
  2. Develop effective and productive relationships with the field team members and other SMEs.
  3. Complete projects as assigned to improve the functioning of the department and the field team.
  4. Collect data, create reports, and analyze data for assigned area to ensure department goals and deliverables are achieved.
  5. Evaluate Dealer digital market strategies, tactics, and performance providing insights to the Field Team to support dealer consultations.
  6. Support the Field Team Consultants and market directors, working with internal teams to resolve field issues.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies to streamline overall department workflow.
  8. Maintain knowledge of products, industry, market conditions, and customers' issues, business priorities, and challenges.

Experience

  • Digital marketing (3 years).
  • Basic knowledge of the automotive retail environment.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Highly proficient in Salesforce.
  • Ability to work directly with the Salesforce Team on new and existing projects.
  • Ability and desire to work with the Field on Salesforce and other systems assistance (DOMO, reporting).
  • Working knowledge of DOMO.
  • Ability to create and deliver training for new hires on Salesforce usage.
  • Assist with product needs, launches, attend weekly field webinar calls.
  • Proactively problem-solve and multitask while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
  • Follow-through mindset to uphold a 'close the loop' culture.
  • A positive approach to serving customers and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment, high ethics, and project a professional image.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience
