You're a Salesforce specialist with the passion to weave magic using clouds, code, and customer relationships! We want you to join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Solution Engineer.
What You'll Do: Sales-Savvy Innovation: Dive deep into client needs, translate complex requirements into elegant solutions, and showcase the magic of Salesforce through persuasive demos and presentations.
Solution Crafting: Design scalable and robust solutions that not only meet client needs but also anticipate future requirements, all while keeping an eye on proven methodologies and industry trends.
Tech Wizardry: Customize and configure Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to create tailored experiences that dazzle clients and users alike.
Collaborative Maestro: Work hand-in-hand with our sales team to provide technical insights during the pre-sales process, ensuring that clients are confident in our ability to meet their unique challenges.
Customer Whisperer: Build strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor on all things Salesforce-related, and guide them towards transformative solutions.
What You'll Need: Proficiency in Salesforce multi-cloud platform capabilities and experience with customization using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and more.
An innovation mentality that loves to tinker with technology and find novel ways to solve complex problems.
Team collaborator skills growing in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to captivate both technical and non-technical audiences.
Passion for understanding clients' needs and experience building strong relationships based on trust and expertise.
Ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, optimally configure and demonstrate solutions that address these requirements to provide business value.
B.S. Computer Science or equivalent is required. Master's degree is a plus.
