Digital Customer
Our Digital Customer team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. Our ambition is to be the best in the world at driving customer transformation through the development of clever commercial strategies, distinctive experiences, and the application of digital technologies. We help make the "creative digital consultancy" real and in doing so, make new markets.
Work you'll do
-
Assist project teams and leadership on a Salesforce project implementation under Deloitte's Digital Customer (DC) or Advertising, Marketing, and Commerce (AM&C) Integrated Offerings

Support analysts and consultants by gathering and drafting requirements between functional and technical teams

Document system and application defects with the project delivery team

Work towards an advanced Salesforce certification (i.e. Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Marketing Email Specialist)
Qualifications Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
At least 1-2 years of professional experience

Hold active Salesforce Associate certification

Successful completion of the following programs: Trailhead Virtual Bootcamp, Salesforce Fundamentals, and Clicked Experience or equivalent (i.e., Salesforce Pathfinder Program)

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time

Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
