Title: Salesforce Solution Architect (Hybrid) (Permanent hire)

Description:
The Client is actively seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional capable of assuming the role of a Junior Solution Architect. This individual will be tasked with collaborating closely with various business stakeholders to ensure project success, while also working in tandem with technical teams to facilitate necessary integrations. Their Salesforce applications are currently operating in maintenance mode due to the absence of a dedicated resource for this function. While there is a junior team member in place, their proficiency falls short of handling the required tasks effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Salesforce, aligning platform capabilities with business objectives.
Advanced Configuration: Leverage advanced Salesforce features, such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, to customize and extend platform functionality.
Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and data security standards.
Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
Integration Leadership: Lead integration efforts with third-party applications and systems, optimizing data flow and interoperability.
Business Solutioning: Act as a Solution Design Architect by liaising with the business stakeholders and technical teams for developing comprehensive and innovative solutions tailored to address the specific needs and challenges of the organization, thereby driving efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainable growth.
Performance Optimization: Identify and implement solutions to enhance system performance, addressing scalability and efficiency challenges.
Change Management: Oversee the implementation of changes and new features, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to drive cross-functional projects.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
5-7 years working experience in multiple Apps in the Salesforce ecosystem required. Manufacturing industry exposure preferred.
Actively hold Salesforce Administrator Certification. CPQ, ServiceCloud, FSL, etc.. preferred.
Intermediate to expert level experience in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
Key Requirements for the Role:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Salesforce
- Demonstrated expertise (2-3 years) in CPQ for Salesforce
- Proficiency in performing advanced configurations, with exposure to additional modules such as Apex, VisualForce, and Field Service Lightning (Please note: Custom development tasks will not be assigned)
- Some exposure to Marketing Cloud will be advantageous
Furthermore, this role is structured as a hybrid position, requiring presence in-office for three days per week, with the flexibility of working remotely for the remaining two days. Candidates under consideration must be based locally in the Temple area.
