Salesforce Software Engineer-Remote

About our Team
This team is tasked with the identification, documentation, and prioritization of business requirements, development of the application strategy as needed.
About the Role
Ensure that we have functionally sound, stable Salesforce deployment and the desired level of standardization of business processes is achieved.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with various business leaders and sales teams; direct accountability for the delivery of Salesforce capabilities
- Providing product and technical expertise when scoping complex projects and related integrations.
- Acting as CRM trusted advisor in support of business unit projects through all phases of requirement gathering, dissemination of requirements.
- Appling advanced Salesforce technical principles and concepts; contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
- Developing advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product.
Requirements
- Experience with the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform; previous development experience with Salesforce. Experience with Conga CLM. Proven experience with APEX development related to complex business processes on the Salesforce platform.
- Possess an understanding of how to build and support highly scalable and reliable solutions on Salesforce Platform
- Possess prior experience with at least one large-scale Salesforce CPQ implementation
- Have a proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues.
