The Salesforce Service Cloud Developer will be joining the eCommerce IT organization. This person facilitates the use of Salesforce Service Cloud to develop a 360-degree view of the customer. The Developer will work from business requirements and functional specifications to implement flows, approval processes, object customizations, app configurations, email templates, and Lightning page layouts and apps. This person will also develop custom Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, and secure system integrations following Salesforce and Petco best practices of practical solutions first. Design guidance will be provided by Salesforce architects and the Developer will proactively collaborate on solutions that foster high user adoption and low maintenance. Principles of object-oriented programming and design concepts are followed when choosing existing components or developing custom solutions This is a direct-hire role and can sit remotely in Mexico.

-Experience in Cloud based systems: AWS, GCP, Azure etc.

-SF Administration experience
-4+ years of software development experience and OOP (Java, C#, . net, python etc.)

-2+ years of experience in Salesforce Development

-Experience on at least 1+ Service Cloud focused project

-At least two of the following Certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, Technical Architect, System Architect

-Lightning and Apex development experience

-Experience with API gateway integration

-Integrating Salesforce. com with other applications and data-driven processes using RESTful APIs

-Experience with debugging issues identified in own code or other people's code or components

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working with Architects, other developers, QA, and business stakeholders
