We're on the hunt for a Salesforce Senior Administrator savant that is excited to work on our SalesForce CPQ and Billing custom integrations within our products. With the "startup" culture environment, you will have autonomy to take on key projects and work hand in hand with our SVP of Business Intelligence.

It's an opportunity to shape and deliver robust applications that perfectly meet our business needs, all while working with a fast-paced, dedicated team of innovators.

What you'll do:

• Setup and configuration: You'll set up user accounts, roles, and profiles on Salesforce.
• Support and Administration: Ongoing maintenance and support for Salesforce, including handling any technical issues.
• Custom Integration: Work on optimizing and developing a custom integration we have with our free trial product on instead.com. This is particularly important as our billing is set up through CPQ and Salesforce Billing.
• Documentation: Create and update documents outlining processes, policies, and configurations.
• Reporting: Generate custom reports and dashboards to provide important metrics for decision-making.
• Workflow and Validation: Create and maintain custom workflows and validation rules to automate our operations.
• Testing: Conduct user testing by developing test plans and cases, and coordinating with testers.
• Data Quality: Regularly audit the data to ensure its quality.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of relevant hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
• Working knowledge of dynamic dashboards and report builder
• Experience working in Lightning Apps, Process Automation, Integrations, Users (Permission Sets, Profiles, Roles), Fields, and Objects.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model/architecture, and security model
• Experience with Salesforce change management
• Excel in a collaborative environment; we work with Legal, Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales, and product teams.
• Release & environment management (i.e.: deployments).
• Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other business applications preferred
• Deep understanding of SALESFORCE CPQ and working knowledge of SALESFORCE Billing

Preferred Certifications/Ranks:

• Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator
• Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer

• Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator
• Experience with SOC II and other compliance programs
• Experience with Salesforce Billing Administration
• Experience with antivirus, threat detection and MDM solutions
• Proficiency with Salesforce Apex
• Proficiency with Windows, MacOS and Linux systems
