Salesforce Scrum Master
6+ month contract
Addison, TX (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
Our client is looking for a Salesforce Scrum Master that can coordinate all aspects of project management leveraging Agile methodologies as SAFE and Waterfall, addressing the changing needs and requirements along the way.
Knowledge and working experience on scrum-based Agile methodology.
Identify obstacles that might impact the delivery of user stories and provide support to remove them.
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Facilitating workshops and discussion sessions. Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions

Requirements:
3+ years of Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.) project management experience
Experience project managing software delivery projects by working with a cross-functional team of salesforce developers, product managers, data engineers, and information security experts, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Scrum Certification
2+ years of Salesforce Project Management experience.
Microsoft Office tools experience.
