Job Title: Salesforce Sales Cloud Technology Expert- REMOTE

Location: Seattle, WA 98104

Duration: 18 months' contract

Description:

Under the supervision and guidance of her/his primary Community of Practice Lead and Product Group Manager, the Salesforce Sales Cloud Technology Expert brings deep expertise and knowledge to the product or platform team. S/He guides and promotes optimal use of technology to support the cost-effective delivery of business requirements within their area of expertise. Working at the leading edge of IS/IT for the product or platform, the Salesforce Sales Cloud Technology Expert performs preliminary studies, helping to set the technological direction with the product or platform manager. S/He supports delivery and sustain of the most complex applications and business capabilities and may be accountable for specific deliverables in relation to development or support or may lead the technical activity within their area of specialty.

Key Outputs

• Articulate roadmap and plans
• Manage the release management roadmap and priority for dev ops
• Coordinate incident resolution with ERP and front end
• Overview the operational management of the Order to Cash
• Collaborate with MSE Global product team
• Manage 3rd party vendors
• Proactively come back with solutions and options

Experience

• 8 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud Technology
• 8 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Technology
• Understanding of interfaces and batch jobs
• Understanding of APEX coding/configurations
• Comfortable with master data within SAP
• Understanding of system integrations (BSI, CPI, Reporting)
• Experience working with other sales/service applications
