We are looking for a Salesforce Capability Lead to join our Team!
The Salesforce Capability Lead will drive enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation demand and projects across multiple industry verticals with a focus on RevCloud. You will partner with practice leadership to develop and execute strategies that are unique to the market and spans across sales, delivery, and people management. The Capability Lead will focus on building a sustainable and scalable business model to increase our presence in the Salesforce Revenue Cloud market, build rapport with our alliances, deepen our client relationships, and build out our local teams.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support demand generation activities including providing subject matter expertise, thought leadership and sales cycle support (solution, scope & estimate)
- Lead strategic road mapping, solution architecture, and delivery of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Oversee end-to-end delivery and adoption of Salesforce solutions across sales, service, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
- Define and manage programs to drive Salesforce effectiveness and user adoption through training and change management.
- Lead projects that optimize quote-to-cash processes through CPQ tools, self-service channels, and automated renewals.
- Lead projects that implement billing solutions and revenue recognition processes to enable subscription management.
- Identify expansion opportunities across existing client relationships
- Mentor and develop consulting teams on revenue cloud
- Be viewed as a thought leader / Revenue Cloud expert in the market
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years experience working with Salesforce selling and product management teams
- 6+ years of experience in Consulting or delivery of enterprise Salesforce projects
- Expertise with lead-to-cash technologies including CPQ/CLM, Billing, Payments, Orders
- Experience implementing finance solutions like orders, billing, and revenue recognition
- Ability to lead large, global delivery teams in an Agile environment
- Outstanding relationship management and strategic planning ability
- Strong functional background in cloud platforms (Salesforce, managed services, digital transformation)
- Previous experience in leading sales cycles for selling Salesforce implementation projects
- Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
