Salesforce DevOps Release Manager – Remote, USA – $155,000

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce DevOps Release Manager for our boutique Salesforce partner, specializing solely in the Vlocity space. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the release management process for all Salesforce applications, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the release management process for Salesforce applications, including planning, coordinating, and executing releases across development, testing, and production environments
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that code is built, tested, and deployed in a repeatable and predictable manner
• Develop and maintain release schedules, and communicate release status to stakeholders
• Monitor and manage release risks and issues, and proactively identify and mitigate potential problems
• Continuously improve the release management process, by identifying and implementing best practices and tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, operations, and project management, to ensure smooth and efficient release cycles

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in release management, with a focus on Salesforce applications
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development methodologies and tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including Git, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Vlocity is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in the USA. We offer a competitive salary of $155,000, plus benefits and the opportunity to work with a highly skilled team of professionals in the Vlocity space.
