Find your home at Evolve. Why this role The Salesforce Release Manager is a Salesforce expert who will lead and facilitate Evolve's Salesforce releases. This role will own and streamline our release management procedures so that our teams can deliver high-quality products quickly. You will enjoy this role if you have extensive experience managing complex codebases and releases across multiple environments and product lines. By partnering with cross-functional engineering and product teammates you will ensure releases are well-coordinated and have as little impact on our customers as possible. What you'll do Own Salesforce Release Management and contribute to the improvement of Evolve's CI/CD pipelines, GIT repositories, automated testing and additional quality gates throughout the application lifecycle. Be the single point of contact to collaborate, coordinate, and oversee Salesforce releases and emergency change requests. Participate in code reviews and collaborate with engineering teams on APEX coding standards and best practices, third-party integrations, and other Salesforce-centered processes. Maintain stability and functionality of the application, while deploying new features, enhancements, and/or patches. Train, document and enable teams to integrate and deploy code with CI/CD pipelines in a manner that is secure, reliable and efficient. Advocate the adoption of DevOps processes and toolchain (Build Tools, VCS, Testing Automation, CI, CD, Monitoring, Logging, etc). What makes you a great fit 5+ years experience developing on the Salesforce platform (APEX, Process Flows, App Builder, Lightning, and Communities). 3+ years facilitating Salesforce releases across multiple product streams. Success in having provided technical leadership as a lead member of a development team. Understanding of Salesforce DevOps best practices and how to implement them. Expertise with branching strategies, version control, pipeline automation and orchestration utilizing a variety of tools like Visual Studio, GitLab, Copado, Flosum, Gearset, Salesforce DX, etc. Experience managing rollbacks, troubleshooting and resolving issues across Salesforce. Demonstrated experience working in large scale Salesforce implementations. Demonstrated experience with 3rd Party tools, APIs, and other web services. Experience identifying risks early during the development lifecycle. Experience with Agile development process. Expertise with Jira and Confluence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Salesforce development certification is preferred. Location Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! Compensation For this role our salary range is $106,000 to $122,000 depending on relevant experience . This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
